doing something non-standard, such as using a different decimal point.

i updated horde/hermes and horde/lib but i still can't insert 3,5 or 3.5
if i type 1,5 i get this:

DB Error: value count on row: ... Column count doesn't match value count at
row 1

but row 1 is timeslice_id
i can see that i only have 3 entries with id 1,2 and 4 (!?) but the next one
would get the 5 as id (as printed in the error message)

any ideas?
