I forgot to mention another thing I was planning, which might help here:

I want to make the time on the entry screen and on ther review screen
sortable (using the little darts like nag does).  This way, you could
sort by user to group the time together.

Then a generic search/filter feature so that you can select a user (and/or a
client and/or a job type and/or whatever) and see only the time for the
records which match that criteria.

I haven't worked out all the details yet in the way that the UI would
work, but I was planning on making this functionality built into Horde
so that any other apps could easily do all of this.
