[horde] phplib headers already sent

OK; this is almost certainly PHPLIB related.  First of all, make sure
you're using the PHPLIB that is bundled with Horde (horde/phplib).  (In
fact, you don't say what version of everything you're using; I'm assuming
IMP 2.2.x but you should always list your versions of Apache, Horde/IMP,
PHP, etc.  Often the answer matters.)

Secondly, check the session.inc file and double-check there isn't a blank
line after the closing "?>" at the end of the file.

Other than those two hints, I would just re-read horde/phplib/README and
double-check that you've done all the steps... make sure the phplib
directory and files are readable by the web server, that you've set your
include_path and prepend in httpd.conf or php3.ini, etc.

Seriously, Rich has done a lot of work on it and I think it compares very
