Fatal error: Call to undefined function: shm_attach() in /usr/local/php/ct_shm.inc on line 31

Hello,

Trying to set up Horde 1.2.4 on RedHat 7.0, everything looks good on
test.php3 until I follow the "Click here to test PHPLIB for Horde" link,
which results in the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: shm_attach() in
/usr/local/php/ct_shm.inc on line 31


This machine is running PHP 4.0.4pl1.  I've got Horde 1.2.3 running
successfully on RH6.2, but it's running an older version of PHP (3.0.16).
The local.inc and prepend.php3 files are identical between these machine,
except for path differences.

Any thoughts?
