The mysql_create.sql script makes the user "hordemgr" not "horde".  So I
think you want this (unless you changed it in the script):

        mysql -u hordemgr -p horde (password = hordemgr)

At some point you'll have to change the password from the default
"hordemgr" before IMP will work (for security reasons).
