[horde] combination of Horde an IMP???

Horde 1.3.3 and IMP 2.3.6 go together.

Horde 1.3.4 fits with a cvs copy of IMP from about a week ago.  A
snapshot release of IMP wasn't made in conjunction with the Horde
1.3.4 release.
