[horde] problem with mysql

When you report problems, please always give your platform, and the exact
version of the operating system, Horde/IMP, Apache, PHP, MySQL, IMAP
server, etc. that you're using.

Did you configure PHPLIB to store session data in MySQL?  Visit
horde/test.php3 in your browser and make sure everything's green "OK".
"Click here to test PHPLIB", and reload that page several times to make
sure the Per Session counter increments.  Check horde/phplib/local.inc and
imp/config/defaults.php3 to make sure the host, database, login, and
password settings are correct.  Try those same parameters using "mysql"
from the command-line on your IMP server to make sure you can connect with
them.

All the rest of these are caused by the original error; once you fix that
they'll go away also.
