[horde] PEAR error with IMP Auth via Horde

Where should I go to find the latest version of PEAR?  What is the minimum 
version of PEAR I need to work with Horde 1.3.4?

I tried looking at http://pear.php.net, but I couldn't find a download link 
there.

PHP is fine, but you do need to grab a more recent version of PEAR.
