Horde 1.3.4 configuration problems - Warning: Undefined index: params in /data/www/html/horde/login.php on line 38

I am having problems configuring horde and getting it to work.

I was hoping to find a better configuration guide. Short of that, I have an 
old PC lying around that I can configure with about any operating system and
can start working on creating a comprehensive guide. I just need to get the 
stuff to work in the first place. If there is anyone "Officially" involved 
in this effort I would like to hear from them in order to volunteer some 
assistance on the documentation aspect.
