[horde] first time user of Horde

[Raghava Solipuram]

I got my php4.0.6 installed by unzipping php4.0.6.tar on windowsNT using
Windows Installer. I got it working on IIS 4.0. Please let me know the next
step how to use IMP and Horde environment.

You don't need them if you're not building with source.

You need to get PHP working with IIS. See http://www.php.net/. You want
version 
4.0.6 or later, with PEAR from cvs or the 4.0.7-RC snapshots. Once you have 
that going, you can worry about the rest.
