Hi...

Just trying to get Horde up and going to use IMP as our web mail client and
having no end of trouble, was looking to see if someone has experience the
same prob and enlighten me to the solution.

   - Running Red Hat 7.0, fresh install, all rpms undated with lates rpms
from Red Hat.
   - Have installed Mysql and all seems happy from that front.
   - Installed Php4
   - Exploded Horde and IMP into the the corresponding directories of my
root WWW

all seemed good at this point
 
   - adjust my php.ini as per install instructions for Horde
   - look at the index.php in the horde directory and get the following error

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in ./lib/Registry.php on line 4

PEER.php does not exisit on my system.

I am using the RPMs from Red Hat for Mysql and Php and such.

All the doco I have read on horde and php and such dont really give you
enough information on installing via RPMs.

If anyone who has had this problem or knows how to fix it and could help me
out that would be great.

Have to use RPMs due to this is just a devel box the proper box has been by
higher authorities deemed RPM friendly and they dont want me compiling
stuff that may comprimise the box.
