You need to have PEAR installed. If redhat doesn't have an RPM for that (if 
they do, it's likely to be out of date), just grab the php4/pear/ directory 
from php-cvs (http://www.php.net/anoncvs.php) and put it somewhere in your 
include path. It's just a set of PHP classes, nothing that you need to compile.
