[horde] cant seem to define a DSN to log errors in table log_table

I think both you and Chuck had a typo; it should be "$conf" not "$cong" I 
believe.

PHPLIB is no longer used in IMP 3.0, Horde 2.0, etc. (and there was much 
rejoicing).
