Horde/IMP administration

I was finaly successful in setup HORDE 2.0/IMP3.0 to work with sql.

1. How do I administer user accounts?
2. How do I modify return email address and other user info?
3. Does the user hordemgr have special previlages, if so how

P.S. In the horde/docs/INSTALL it specify to use password function instead
of md5 function in creating user password. this is why sql under horde/imp
did not work for me.
