Problem whit install

Hello there,

I have i problem. I try to install Horde but when i follow the instuctions 
all the php script running on de server get problem's whit the include 
path. Lot off the users don't give the complete path to script name only 
the name when it is in the same dir.

When i follow this in my php.ini:
include_path '/usr/local/apache/php:.'
There will be error's every where. Is there a other solution for a RAQ4 
whit php4?
