accessibility issues with horde and imp

Hi,

I have recommended horde/imp to my department as a web mail software.
However, one of my friend had a look and point out the following regarding
the accessibility of the webmail. The current university policy is to
provide
W3C AA standard web service. So I have a problem here.

Can any developers comment please?

I've had a look at the accessibility of
http://demo.horde.org/stable/horde/imp/
and have come across a real problem. The interface makes significant
reliance on
javascript to perform many of its functions. Turn javascript
off in the browser, and much of it stops working.

This breaks a priority 1 checkpoint of the W3C AA standard
