[horde] New installation of horde/imp/turba

Hi,

If the session counter increase you have session support ..

so you will need to take a look in the /tmp/horde.log to see what is happening ..

you can look into horde/config/horde.php to setup the error to go in /tmp/horde.log and in the same file setup the error to E_ALL to see if there a problem in the web page..
