I run Courier IMAP with Courier Maildrop with PostFix.  And I run Horde with 
IMP 3.0.  Everything works together.  You'll have to read the docs for 
details.  The one slightly tricky thing I remember is that Courier IMAP puts 
all user folders under INBOX.
