[horde] Bug#143700: horde: more obvious notice of database update in 1.2.6-4 would be nice.]

Here's the bug [#143700] I just filed against the Debian package of
horde, in case anyone other than Marcus Schopen and myself get bit
by it and come here looking for help.

Package: horde
Version: 1.2.6-4
Severity: minor

When upgrading horde to 1.2.6-4, the active_sessions table format has
changed and while this is documented in
/usr/share/doc/horde/README.Debian.gz, it would be very useful to
receive a notification during the install that the database will need
to be altered.

If such a notification exists, it was lost in the postinst hang when
horde tried to restart my apache + mod_ssl server without allowing me
to interact with the start up and so answer the PEM passphrase for
SSL, so perhaps putting it in the preinst would be more optimal.
