[horde] rpm's and mcal

I read in the archives that someone had to modify the php rpm to
include  --mcal and --mcrypt.  I have just spent the morning learning
how do make (and break) rpms and finally got to the build stage only to
have the compile crash.

Is there any reason these are left out of the original rpm?  There are
patches for them but they seem to be left out of the configure secion in
the spec file.

Maybe the person that successfully compiled them could make them
available at the ftp site?
