Wished that would of helped. With it on or off, it gives the same error:

 The page cannot be displayed 
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be 
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser 
settings. 


There has to be a logical reason why this is happening, but I have no idea what 
it could be at this point.
