[horde] Prefs/sql.php - SetOption : Undefined Function erro

Just for the record, I found out what this error was (and the related errors on 
the test page about PEAR). There was a horde.conf file under apache/conf that 
was pointing to a directory (php_include). If something like this happens, make 
sure that the directory is pointing to the version of PHP you are using.
