[horde] Change Horde Password

I am using a db for horde authentication.  My horde users are different from 
my IMP users (because some don't have mail accounts but must access horde just 
to view cvs [Chora]).

Is there functionality of which I am not aware for the users to change their 
own passwords to horde?  

In addition, I've noticed that even a horde admin can't change a password.  I 
have to delete the user and then re-add them with a different password.  Are 
there plans to change this?
