[horde] Registry.php / Horde.php Problem

Hi,

I set up Horde like stated in the INSTALL and http://www.geocities.com/oliversl/imp/.
Actually everything seems to work,
PEAR
PEAR - Yes
Recent PEAR - Yes
Mail::RFC822 - Yes
Log - No
Make sure you're using a recent version of PEAR which includes the Log class.
DB - Yes

But the index types out following error:
Fatal error: Failed opening required '/lib/Horde.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /lib/Registry.php on line

Maybe I've overlooked something, I'm not sure... if anyone could give me a hand and help on with the problem.
