[horde] Blank login page

all except kronolith appear to work great ... I'll do some tracing later
tonight and see if I can figure out where its dying ... :(

As I thought I had mentioned before, on a Netscape 4.x browser, its
reported as 'Document contains no data' ... not sure if that means
anything or not ...
