[horde]unnamed MIME_DEFAULT_DESCRIPTION

Hi,

I'm not much of a programmer, so I guess it will be easier to people who are 
more familiar with it to change it (if it needs to be changed).

in horde/lib/MIME/Structure.php:16 there is an 'unnamed' string that is not 
gettexted. I tried to do _('unnamed') and then add this string to *.po, but it 
didn't get translated. Or, maybe define()'s are not translated at all? 

Can anyone drop me a couple of lines about how it works?
