[horde] stupid question?

I have recently install horde with imp3.0, later I want to upgrade to imp3.1, but I have a little problem,
the server list conf in imap/conf.php dont't want to shown up?? I have checked all file conf, but have no clue
I use php-4.1.2 from redhat, and horde in imp run well in test.php. so what's the problem??
