[horde] how to generate a conf.php for turba from within horde?

Hi,

I was wondering what the process is to generate an address book conf.php 
file.  The cvs version only gives a file called conf.xml.  Someone said 
that I needed to find the configuration icon in horde and then generate 
the conf.php from there.  I am a little confused by the reply.
