[horde] index.php gives a 404

Hi, I'm new to this list...
I've been running an older version of horde and imp, and now it's time to 
upgrade. I'm running into a prob though with horde 2.1.

I've installed it, and set up the horde.php and registry.php files. Now 
index.php returns as a 404. I know the file is there. If I replace it with my 
index.php dummy file, it comes up fine.

Any suggestions on this would be tremendously helpful.
