[horde] Greek Language

I cannot get Greek language support working with my system.

Horde 2.1
IMP 3.1

I know that it is there, but it does not appear in the drop down list of 
available languages.  From what it looks like, all of the language files are 
there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
