[horde] installing horde from cvs

Hi,

I downloaded horde 3.0-cvs and imp 4.0-cvs  from CVS and put it under 
../www/horde dir. test.php runs fine from web browser but When I access 
index.php, I get error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: hascapability() in 
/usr/local/www/horde/lib/Auth.php on line 275

I get this error when I set the auth driver to imp in config/conf.php in 
horde dir.

What could I be doing wrong here?
