Regarding my past problem -
"Some of Horde's configuration files are missing:"

I was able to fix -- looks like an issue w/ PHP 4.2.3.  As I had
installed IMP 3.1 yesterday on a different box with PHP package
php4STABLE200209200600.tar.gz, I rebuilt PHP with this *.gz.  Problem
resolved.  Don't know where the problem actually lies, however :-/
