[horde] Wierd Install Problem

Just a guess: check that those files are really present in that subdir, and
check that the access rights have been set appropriately. It seems to me that
either - for some reason - that install script didn't work properly or the
server process is not allowed to read this subdir.

Tell me what you find out.
