[horde] Transparent authentication

Hello,

    I have horde set up in a protected area of my web server and wanted
horde and imp to use the credentials of the autheticated user
($REMOTE_USER, $PHP_AUTH_PW) to authenticate him transparently and give
him access to the horde apps.
I know this will probably disable the logout feature as the user get
logged in again, but this is not a problem here.
How can I achieve this ?
