[horde] Horde HEAD Themes

http://www.o2hoster.co.uk/hordedev l: test, pass: test  Its set to a
theme but its not processing it, anybody got any clues?

Chris, 

    I'm currently using the HEAD stream of the entire Horde Framework
(guess i 
like living on the edge? - nah, you guys do a heck of a job keeping the 
platform stable, anywho -) and the themes work fine for me. What's the
problem 
you're going through? I'm guessing they don't change? Any errors in any
of the 
logs?
