[horde] Turba not in Horde page

Hello again,

sorry to bug with a 3rd question ;)
still on latest stable version

i go to horde/ and login (managed by imp cf registry.php)
in come in a page with 2 frames : bottom i have all components installed including Turba

but on the main frame i only get Imp / Calendar / Notes and Turba is not displayed ... i would like that

i could not find any option in config files of horde or turba, did i miss something ?
