[horde] Problem with Log (PEAR)

This may not be the right place to mention a bug in a PEAR package, but as it
concerns Horde (and Jon Parise as maintainer), I mention it here.

When using the latest Log package from PEAR (Log-1.4) the Horde (file-based)
logging doesn't work anymore, i.e. the logfile /tmp/horde.log is created, but
nothing is logged in it! Switching loglevels doesn't change anything.
Downgrading to Log-1.3 makes it work again.
