[horde] Problem with Log (PEAR)

The file logging target was rewritten by Richard Hayes between those
two releases.  Apparently, it now uses the PEAR "destructor" mechanism
to write to, flush, and close the log file.

I don't have the time to investigate it myself right now, however.
I'll try and take a look soon.
