[horde] Re: Missing conf.php (several)

Jon is referring to the /horde/config/conf.php - ie the main configuration
file for horde itself.

This is now, and I expect will be for the foreseeable future, a text based
config ;)

Unless you development guys have any tricks up your sleeves? ;¬)
