[horde] Config/Options for Horde

When I go to the main Display Options page for Horde, I get some
JavaScript errors, which I believe are related to the fact that the
Available Columns and Selected Columns selects are not populated with
anything.

I am guessing that I need to modify the /config/prefs.php file to build
an array of Columns to be shown/hidden, but my progress on the PHP/Horde
learning curve isn't far enough along to understand yet how I ought to
do this.
If someone could show me an example of how this is done, I'd really
appreciate it.
