[horde] Undefined index: redirect_on_logout.....

Just a guess, but maybe a typo or other mistake in your horde config files?
If you have a standalone php command, try:

php -l horde/config/conf.php

and see if it says you have any syntax errors.  Try this on any suspect
config files.
