[horde] Blank login page

OK, I think I found the solution to this.

It turns out that I had the wrong hostpec in horde/config/conf.php.  After
changing this, everything worked fine.

I just happened upon that answer...is there some way I could have had some
sort of debugging turned on that would have shown that there was a problem?
Even though I had the debugging turned way up, nothing showed up in the
horde.log file.

I just downloaded head from CVS and have configured (I think) horde to
configure against mysql.  The database is running and I can connect to it
just fine with the mysql command line.

I have looked through the user and admin faq and can find nothing about my
problem.

I searched through the list archives and see nothing that can help me solve
my problem.

The problem is this....when I go to the horde/login.php I get a completely
white page...that's it.  When I view the source of that page it shows this:

What do I have to do to figure out what is wrong?
