Steve,

sounds like you missed some steps in the config process. As a starting
point, check again your /horde/config/horde.php and registry.php  Furthermore,
check with /horde/test.php that your horde and php system meets your needs.

Any more applications wth horde, or NAG only?

Furthermore, when using auth against mysql, you need to insert the users
into the users table, pw md5'd

Check that you have a valid auth section in your horde.php (an array similar
to the 'prefs', but of course having replaced all 'prefs' with 'auth'
