[horde] Little fix suggestion

Hi,

I have the CVS date from this morning ( 2002-11-11).

In /horde/test.php it say that i have xml support.

But i can't generate configuration file since i don't have domxml support.

My php version was compile with a 1.8 version of libxml and to have domxml support in php you need a version higher than 2.4.2 of libxml installed, i think it will be a good idea to had it to your test script.
