[horde] Proposed Browser.php Patch

Greetings. 
 
 I've noticed that version 3 of the konqueror browser has js dom support, in 
fact when I change the user-agent of the browser from konqueror to IE5.5 the 
dom based scripts in kronolith and gollem work without a glitch. So I've 
attached a patch for the horde/lib/Browser.php file that enables dom support 
for Konqueror in the Browser class.
