[horde] imp blank options page

Hi 


I am getting a blank options page whith some users with any type of
browser (tryed mozilla, netscape, IE and galeon) 2 users try on the same
computer one gets options page and one does not.
I am running versions horde 2.1 and imp 3.1
there are no errors in the logs
any input will help
