[horde] Mail folders don't appear

I got horde 2.1 and imp 3.1 running.
I'm using courier imap 1.6.1

When I start horde I only see the INBOX folder.
I can crate new folders which shows up in my courier directory but not
in horde.
Also other folders don't appear in horde which shows up in my outlook an
other web mail software.

I figured out that horde doesn't change the courierimapsubscribed file.
I changed this file by hand but nothing changed in horde.

Has anybody any idea?
