[horde] starting error

Dear sir,

I am using horde and imp for quite some time  and
recentrly i have shifted to horde2.1 and imp3.1 and
installed all the components sucdessfully.

Now when i run test.php unde horde directory i get
following error:

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/horde/test.php'
for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/pear') in
Unknown on line 0

Kindly tell me what is the error

I use php 4.1.2
