[horde] Installing Horde + IMP on a hosted site (not a dedicated server)

JS> Sure, just add the database tables to the database the provider gave you.

The name of my database is set by OVH ("arnaudklprod").
What are exactly the changes I must made to the script (the script in
the db folder, to create sql environment) to fit my environment ?
