[horde] Error on summary page

After a cvs update this evening, I get this error in place of my summary page:

Fatal error: Failed opening required
'/var/www/html/horde/config/../imp/templates/javascript/open_compose_win.inc'
(include_path='/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:.') in
/var/www/html/horde/lib/Horde.php(263) : eval()'d code on line 1

There is no open_compose_win.inc on my system, but there is a
open_compose_win.js in that same directory (imp/templates/javascript/).

The horde apps seem to work OK (I can access them from the bottom menu), but no
summary page.
